Although 2008 is our first year at 20 Bungalow Walk, the reason we suggest joining our summer house is the people. The house is comprised of single professionals from their 20's to 40's.

| Many of the share members have been in our previous house. The reason for their return is they enjoy the warmth, friendship, and camaraderie that has been established in past years. If these are qualities you are looking for in a summer share house, we welcome you. |

Our house is located at 20 Bungalow Walk, just a few steps west of the Ocean Beach Ferry terminal.
