Enjoy the Summer with a great group of fun, outgoing and respectful single professionals ranging in age from 20's to 40's. We all love our summers on the beach in a great Fire Island community and are looking for like-minded people to join our house for Summer 2008.

20 Bungalow is located in Ocean Beach, Fire Island, and is centrally located; close to the ferry, town and the beach. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an outdoor shower, an open living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious deck with a BBQ. We do not oversell shares so you will always have a bed to sleep on.
You can choose from:
Full shares (18 weekends, including all holidays; Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends).
Half shares (either 9 weekends with July 4th weekend; or 9 weekends with both Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends).
Third shares (6 weekends including 1 designated holiday weekend).

Your share includes all staples needed to run the house, as well as a weekly cleaning service.

Food is not included in the share price but we have a modified food plan for an additional price on a weekend-to-weekend basis. The plan includes beer, liquor and mixers. See our FAQ page regarding our Food Plan for more details.
